RETURNS

When will my order ship?

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Standard shipping orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days. Custom orders will take longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped.

How will my order arrive?

Your items will arrive individually wrapped and protected to ensure they will arrive to you in perfect condition.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship internationally. However, stay tune!

How can I ship my return to PureEnvy?

We understand that you might need to make a return. We will happily accept most unused and unworn merchandise with tags attached if applicable within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund, store credit or E-Gift Card.

If you need to make a return please contact us at hello@pureenvyshop.com with the reason for your return and once your claim is processed, we will email you a return label. We are NOT responsible for lost return packages and recommend that you insure and track your package. You are also welcome to use any shipping method of your choice.

How should I care for my accessories?

For jewelry, we suggest you store it in a dry, clean space neatly when not in use. Avoid contact with liquids, moisture (showers & pools), perfume etc. For traveling, we suggest packing them securely jewelry pouches/bags. Also, packing them in your carryon luggage during travel is a suggestion also.
