Return Policy

Shipping and Processing Time

We process and ship orders from our South Carolina warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders are usually filled within 2-3 business days (M-F) of purchase. Pre-order and custom orders will take longer to process and ship, details can be found in the product description and order confirmation. You will be charged at the time your order is placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information included.

Shipping and Handling

Currently we only ship via USPS Priority Mail. We offer free shipping on all US orders over $25. P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs ship USPS also. Expedited shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information and estimated delivery date. We only ship to the US currently but will open to international orders soon, check back with us!

Free Prepaid Returns

We understand that you might need to make a return. We will happily accept most unused and unworn merchandise with tags attached if applicable within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund, store credit or E-Gift Card.

If you need to make a return please contact us at with the reason for your return and once your claim is processed, we will email you a return label. We are NOT responsible for lost return packages and recommend that you insure and track your package. You are also welcome to use any shipping method of your choice.
